Holding entity
TF HOLDING SRL is the parent company and ultimate beneficial owner of all entities within the group.
The holding is responsible for ownership, governance, strategic coordination and long-term development planning. TF HOLDING does not conduct operational, production or research activities directly.
Ownership and control
TF HOLDING SRL holds 100% ownership and full control over the following operating companies:
- TEHNOFARM SRL
Applied pharmaceutical and biological research & development company. - NORD NUC SRL
Agricultural operating company focused on cultivation, field validation and raw material production. - TF ASSETS SRL
Asset management company responsible for infrastructure, real estate, equipment and physical assets supporting group operations.
Each operating company is legally and operationally independent, with its own management, accounts and regulatory responsibilities.
Functional separation
The group structure is based on a strict separation of roles:

Execution of research, agricultural, technical and operational activities within their defined scope.
This separation ensures transparency, risk containment and institutional compatibility.
Coordination model
TF HOLDING coordinates the group through:
- strategic planning and portfolio alignment;
- allocation and supervision of assets and infrastructure;
- compliance and governance oversight;
- long-term development frameworks.
Operational decisions, scientific methodologies and production processes remain the responsibility of the respective operating companies.
Legal and regulatory alignment
All companies within the group operate in accordance with:
- applicable legislation of the Republic of Moldova;
- relevant European Union regulations, where applicable;
- internal governance and compliance frameworks established at holding level.
